Nocturnal Mockery 9 Coming Soon!

It’s official. Nocturnal Mockery 9 will be held at the usual location on December 11th, 12th and 13th. We will be evolving a few elements of the show, so that we can improve it a bit.

First thing, if you are an artist, and are interested in showing, please contact us right away. We will need a few examples of your work (email .jpgs to nocmoc@gmail.com).

Instead of the required donation piece that we have always asked, you will now need to provide a mandatory $10 entry fee before the deadline of October 27th. After this date, your name will not be on the flyer. In exchange for the $10 fee, you will not be charged commission for any art that you sell. We feel this is a pretty darn good deal for artists. We have an address you can send a check to or drop off cash, and a PayPal account you can use to pay. Please call Jason or Richard, or email nocmoc@gmail.com for this information.

This show will also be juried. There will be a best of show given out, as well as a few runners up and honorable mentions. There are some pretty nice gifts to be had for placement in the juried competition, as well as mad street cred and bragging rights.

We need some help sponsoring the event. If you are a business, or even an individual that would like to help, please let us know. Retail donations, gift cards, cash, and pieces of art are some of the ways you can help sponsor Nocturnal Mockery. You will receive free admission to the show, and logo placement on all of our promotional materials, as well as helping us out quite a bit.

All artists are responsible for arranging the delivery of their artwork to Fillmore Crossing, on Thursday, December 10th. Please be mindful with your work as it should be ready to hang and and professionally presented. If you have a large or heavy piece that cannot hang from picture framing wire, please check with Jason or Richard to make sure that it can be displayed.

That’s it. With your help and participation, this will be the best Noc Moc ever!
